Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@snatchie.store with a photo and we'll make it right.
