At Snatchie, we want you to love every item you snatch! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@snatchie.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used beauty and skincare products
- Sheet masks once opened
- Lip products once opened
- Earrings or personal hygiene items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A photo of the item
- A description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
